Paraiso Buildings on Sea Walk Drive have New Address

Finally, in an appeal to reason, the Paraiso HOA has legally changed its address for it’s second phase of buildings (2-A, 2-B, and 2-C) located on Sea Walk Drive.  After realizing it did not make sense to travel several hundred feet to the North on Sea Walk Dr. to enter one’s building and still have a 13173 Pacific Promenade address, a request was made to the city for a new address and of very recently the address has been changed to 5831 Sea Walk Drive.

This change may take a little getting used to on the part of residents who will likely still write the old Pacific Promenade address as their return addresses for weeks to come, however delivery people, guests, and real estate agents are rejoicing that they will now be more likely to find this location without hassle.  If this address looks unfamiliar to you, please make a note of it.
